Meet Melissa! Requested by society member, Steve B. I was told that she is named after Melissa Villasenor so let’s do a little dive about this wonderful comedian. Most people know her from being on SNL, but did you know that she has voice acted on Adventure Time (remember Slime Princess?) and was a semifinalist on the 6th season of America’s Got Talent for her celebrity impressions?! At the time of her audition for the show, she was working in retail. Did you also know that she released a music album in 2019 called Dreamer? It’s pretty good and for a first album, its fantastic. Now that she’s left SNL, I’m curious to see what she decides to do next.
