Shipping policy

The shipping cost does include tracking and insurance.

What does that mean? Well, if the package is lost or damaged during its travels, you may receive a full or partial refund! For damaged items, be sure to send pictures of the product and box/envelope it was sent in for better chances of getting a full refund.

Please keep your address up to date. If it is incorrect and I have not been informed of the new address before it is shipped out, you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost to have it sent back out to the correct address.

Anticipate for shipping to take longer during the holidays so please order your items early enough so that they will arrive on time.

International customers: Darling Homebody is not responsible for paying for duties, taxes, VATs, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to anticipate and cover these costs.
